Does data sync automatically between computers?

No. CRM Sales Assistant stores customer information locally on each computer. If the purchaser and an assistant install the software on separate computers, their data remains separate and the devices do not sync automatically.

Using the same information on another device requires the user to transfer the customer library file securely. Cloud sync, real-time multi-user collaboration, and mobile access are not included in the current version.

The actual device arrangement and number of activation codes for the full version are confirmed directly with Xiaoxi. Please contact Xiaoxi to discuss other arrangements.

How do I back up my database?

Keep Auto-save enabled: changes to existing customers are saved about 10 seconds after you stop editing. For a new customer, click Save the first time. In Settings → Database Backup, you can see where your current database is stored and open its folder.

Regularly save a separate copy to a USB drive or another drive to protect against data loss if your computer is lost or damaged. Click Database Backup at the top, choose Back up to another location…, select a destination, and wait for the backup success message.

Auto-save and Save current data do not create a separate backup. Making a backup first saves your changes, then creates a separate .salesdb customer library file.

1. Database Backup
1. Click Database Backup at the top of the app.
2. Choose Back up to another location… to create a separate copy of the full customer library.

3. In the save dialog, choose a folder on your USB drive or another drive, click Save, and wait for the backup success message.

1. Open Settings
1. Click Settings at the top of the app.
2. Go to Settings → Database Backup. The current library location is shown at the top; click Open Database Folder to open it. This screenshot shows the Chinese interface: 数据库备份 is Database Backup, and 数据库所在文件夹 is Open Database Folder. The path is an example.

This only shows where the current database is stored. To save an extra copy to a USB drive, switch to the backup guide on the left.

Does the full version include every feature developed in the future?

CAD $300 purchases the version delivered at the time of purchase, the features already included in it, and the permanent right to use those existing features.

Future free updates are primarily limited to fixing problems in existing features and improving stability and compatibility. New features, mobile access, automatic cross-device sync, cloud services, third-party integrations, and custom development are not included in the current price. Their feasibility, price, and delivery schedule must be agreed separately.

The purchased version remains usable even if you choose not to buy future features.
